Massimiliano Rega is an entrepreneur and strategic consultant with more than 20 years of expertise in transforming businesses by aligning resources, operations, and sales within digital and omnichannel frameworks. His proficiency lies in synchronizing talent, partners, and knowledge, leading initiatives that revolutionize customer experiences. Massimiliano has fostered harmony between Digital, eCommerce, Telesales, and Retail channels, driving innovation and sustainable growth.
Over his career, he has held critical leadership roles in globally renowned organizations. As Senior Executive of Customer Experience, Service & Delivery at SKY, reporting directly to the CEO, he crafted one of the world's most integrated sales and delivery systems, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. In his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Technogym, he contributed to the company’s international growth and stock market achievements, unlocking new strategic markets and optimizing omnichannel sales processes. At PG Italy, he pioneered the country’s largest network of digital professionals, comprising 1,500 technicians, 180 retail locations, and 110 warehouses, showcasing the power of collaborative distribution networks.
Since 2018, Massimiliano has applied his expertise through MRC OmniChannel, combining consulting with entrepreneurial projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He has collaborated with top global brands like Motorola and Lenovo and initiated ventures such as Immoveo, an eco-real estate project, and SDEN, a fiber optics leader, culminating in a highly successful exit. His PhD work on omnichannel strategies led to the creation of RTBH.ai, an AI-driven Decision Support System (DSS) that uses neuroscience to evaluate brand health in real-time.
Massimiliano holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and co-founded Alitur, an alumni association for engineering graduates in Rome. Since 2017, he has been serving as an Adjunct Professor of Business Economics and Organization. Proud of his Roman origins and deeply connected to his heritage, he is passionate about sailing, skiing, and motorsports. He is also an active member of Elis, a non-profit organization promoting innovation and education.
